Welcome to VTV Design. After successful login, you will find yourself in your dashboard. This is the central, personal overview point.

The use of VTV Design

These functions can be found under the menu items in the list on the left:

Suche

You can directly search for activities, projects, or keywords using the search bar. You can specify the search using the filter function. For example, you can sort the results by the assigned design area.

Design areas

The services in VTV Design are assigned to overarching design areas. The individual activities are called design objects. An entire project can consist of multiple design objects.

Design objects

You can find a detailed description of a design object in the detail view. Here you can also see to which design area or areas the object has been assigned and whether a user fee needs to be charged for it. You can also view examples and variations here.

Variants

The variations are applied examples of the design object, which also include information on the production time spent.

Hours

Yes, the expenses displayed in the VTV Design tariff are based on regularly conducted surveys among freelance designers and are part of the collective agreement concluded with our tariff partner. They generally cover the entire spectrum from 'very experienced designer' to 'not quite experienced, but enthusiastic designer'. A certain value should not be exceeded or undercut in our understanding so that the presentation of design services does not become implausible. Therefore, the note may appear that the scope of the VTV Design may be exceeded. Of course, we regularly review the values provided and adjust them if necessary.

Favorites

You can save important objects by clicking on the heart icon on your own notepad. You can access the notepad via the dashboard menu on the left. You will find the saved design objects here again on your next login.

KAJY

KAJY is the hourly rate calculator for freelancers and independent designers. Here you can calculate how many euros you need to earn per hour to lead a happy and content life.

Profile

All personal settings can be changed under 'Profile'.

Designerwiki

The Designerwiki contains a wealth of expertise. Individual processes of the design areas are described in detail here for reference.

Events

The Alliance of German Designers regularly offers exciting workshops, webinars, and other events on various topics. The most current date is always shown here. By clicking on 'more,' you will be directed to an overview of all upcoming events.
